3. How long does delivery take?
We deliver to all cities and governorates in Egypt within 7 business days.
4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer Free Shipping on orders above 8,000 EGP.
5. Can I return a product?
Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Custom-made chandeliers are non-returnable.
6. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Contact our support team immediately within 48 hours and send photos or videos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Do you ship outside Egypt?
Currently, we ship within Egypt only.
